CASTES AND CREEDS

 The Lord that created the world is niether white nor black . Nor has He any caste or creed . It has come out of the Lord and long to merge back into Him . How can it have any cast, creed or color ?When the sun has no caste or creed, how can its rays have any ? When the ocean has no caste or creed, how can its waves have any?

           God created man and did not create sects or creeds . Man is responsible for their appearance on the scene . It is we who divide ourselves into narrow circles of caste, religion and country .

            No one will be intrested in our caste or creed in the Court of the Lord . It is His worship alone that matters and that enables us to merge into Him . At the place where our accounts are to be settled, no questions will be asked as to whether you are a Hindu, a Sikh or a Muslim, or whether you come from India, America, Japan or Africa. It is only our love , devotion and intense longing that matte .

            One who is meek and humble, who regards himself as the lowest of the low, can easily swim across the ocean of this world . Those who come into the world as human being but do not remember the Lord belong to the lowest of the castes . On the other hand regardless of their lineage, caste or religion, those who love the Lord belong to the highest of caste.

           One who, after gaining human birth, follows the path of love, constantly listens to the Divine Melody and becomes completely absorbed in its practice, is truly of the highest caste,for after his brief sojourn on the earth planet he will go back and merge in the Lord . It there be any caste,creed or country of the Lord, the same is surely true of the Soul .

          * Divine Melody-- The name of the Lord, is the Word or Logos which " was with God, and which was God."It is also called the Shabd (The Divine Sound). In the Bible it is the same thing as the Holy Spirit . Because it manifests itself within human beings as Sound and Light it is often called the 'Sound Current'



  " In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God." ( John1/1)                          

THE LORD IS WITHIN.......

  Masters are diclare on the basis of their own knowledge and experience that the Lord , by meeting whon our soul can escape the miseries of wourldly pains is not somewhere out side our self . He dwells in the innermost part of our heart . Whoever realizes Him does so within himself , and whoever will realize Him hereafter will also find Him within the human body . If there is one laboratory where we may carry out research in order to find God , it is this temple of the human body .

             The Lord lives in the human body . But we search for Him outside with our physical eyes . He cannot , however , be seen , because we are slaves of the mind . We are actually, foolish and stupid. When a thing is last inside of a house , how can we ever find it by searching for it in the streets outside ?

             The Lor dwells with in this human temple, church, masqies or girudwara. But we are very foolish not to go to the place where we can find Him . Instead, we run around in circles . We retire to forests, to mountain, caves or to masques,churches and tamples , but never succeed in meeting Him . Between us and the Lord there is a blinding screen of illusion , and that is why we ar unable to see Him . "The kingdom of God is within you ."--Christ .

             At time we think that perhaps the Lord is hidden behind the skies . The fact is that we look for Him everywhere else except within the human body, the only place where He can be discovered .

             How sad it is that we go day and night to the places we have ourselves built as dwelling of the Lord in search of Him, but ignore the shrine of the human body, where He actually lives . This place God has designed for Himself, and He sits within .

             St. Paul also calls the human body the "Temple of the Living God."

             And the St. John says:- "That was the true light, which lighten every man that comes into the world."

             The light and splendor of the Lord is the heritage of all human beings. There is none good nor bad. All are settling the account of their 'Karmas'.Masters therefore always teach that the search for the Lord should be carried out with in oneself, because seeking for Him else where will only result in certain failure.

Naturally, the question now arises that if God is within our body, why is it that we do not see Him?  What is the obstacle in the way, and how can this be removed ?

             The Lord within is invisible, because of the veil o illusion . Both the Lord and the soul live together in the same house, yet the two do not meet . The soul is within the body, and so also is the Lord . But the soul has neither seen the Lord, nor has it met Him .                             

THE ONLY ONE -

       It is the experience of all Saints or Perfect Masters that the Lord Is One.

                   He is the common heritage of Hindus, Muslimes, Christions,and others;He is the one and only and the same Lord for all. All five creatures have the same one father. All men and women are born of the same one essence and are brother and sister to each other.

                   Whatever we see around us in the world is created by the one and only God.Muslims call Him

'Rab-Ul-Almin', meaning the Lord of the entire universe. He was in existence now, and He will be in existence hereafter. There is no question of one God before and another God later on.He is birthless and deathless.

                   As a result of my experience, I have discovered within me a power that is unique and eternal, that never lessens nor ceases, that was,is and will be at all times. This power is the only one; GOD.......

                   Whatever we see except only Him is subject to change, decay and death . Change is inherent in everything . There is nothing that is lasting . Even this body of ours is transient ; And every object of this world we wish to own while in this body is also ephemeral.

                     Thus, there is nothing in this world that is worth our friendship and love except the one Lord who alone is permanent.             

THE STATE OF WORLD -

                    We search for happiness in wealth and tail day and night to amass it. We may sacrifice many a valuable principals.

                     The entire creation is heavy-hearted and in trouble. Its cup of misery is ever full to the brim.Peace and bliss are for those alone who are wedded to the Lord and depend entirely upon His support. We worldly people forget the Lord completely and do not search for Him within .We try to discover happiness and peace in beautiful scenes and worldly objects.But own experience tells us that the more we seek happiness but forget the Lord, the deeper we plunge into pain and suffering .The things of beauty from which we seek to derive happiness and contentment are short lived. The happiness derived from them must,therefore,also be short lived. As long as we do not find something that is eternal and everlasting and make it our own,there can be no question whatever of true and lashing happiness and contentment. For a certain length of time the possession of some worldly objects may bring us joy, but its lass may make us very unhappy.

                    It is only intense Love for the Lord and true devotion to Him that leads us to our union with Him.

THE SOUL AND THE LORD-

                     Our soul is likened to wife and the Lord is likened to her husband. The soul can gain true bliss only when it reaches the heart of the Lord and thus becomes truly happy as loving wife is with hur hasband .

If she is away from husband, no matter what what you may give her - honor, glory, or riches -she can never get happ;iness or peace of mind.

                     Jesus discribes   the relation of the soul with Lord as that of a son with his father. As long as a child has his father to took after him, he has no worry or anxiety of any kind. All this, in short, means that the soul can gain bliss only when it meets the Lord.

THE LAW OF KARMA

   We feel, however, that we are separate from God and are entangled in this light net of illusion. This is due to the fact that when the soul came down from God, it took the mind as its companion. The mind is the slave of senses. It runs after sensuous pleasures, and worldly objects . Whatever the mind does, the soul has perforce to suffer the consequences of it, because the soul and the mind are knotted together.

           "A one sows, so does one reap.".....Christ

                    This world is a vast field of actions and reactions. Whatever deeds, good or bad, we do in this consequences. It we sow Pepper seeds, we can never harvest Apples. Good deeds may promote us from 'C' class to 'A' class prisoners in the vast prison house of this world. They may raise us from huts into palaces. They may entitle us to go to Havens and Paradises, which, too, are the regions where the senses prevail. On the other hand, if we do bad deeds, we must, ofcourse, go to the regions called Hell.

                    The rich and the poor, the King and the beggar, man or woman, all are reaping the fruits of their 'Karmas'.

                    If we were to try to remove the throns of the world, we would never succeed. No one has ever salved them for all time to come, nor will anybody do so in the future.

                    Christ says----"Think not that I am come to send peace on earth, I come not to send peace, but a sword. For I am come to set  a man at variance against her father, and the daughter against her mother-in-law".------(Mathew 10/34,35).

           Means-I have not come to turn this world in to a place of bliss and happiness, but i have come to release human beings from the prison of this world. I have have come to break the chains of attachments to

father, mother,son,daughter, friends and relations and thus take people out of this Cycle of Birth and Death.

                     As long as the soul does not go back and merge in its source, we can never escape from the prison of the body or the suffering and misery of this world.

THE TRUTH PATH

JUST TO SAY ONE

" For I have not spoken of myself , but the Father which sent me , He gave me commandent, what I should say and what I should speak."_( John 12/49) .

 Saints brings from the house of the Lord only one message. They come to preach the same Truth- the same Reality- the same Spirituality. They say there is one God, and our soul is of His essence.  That Lord dwells in the temple of the human body.It is only in the human from that we can realize Him. The obstacle between us and the Lord is our mind. It is because of it that we do not see God within ourselves.This obstacle can be removed only by means of joining our sole with the Divine melody .Both, the sound current and the Lord are within us. The way to him is also in the human body. It is only by being in the company of that we can know the path within and succeed in bringing the sole in touch with the transcendent music This 'Shabd' is called in the Bible 'The Word' or 'Logos'. Christ called it "Living Water".

        He said-

              "But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst, but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life."    -  ( John 4/14).{Naam Daan}

              For b getting it we gain life eternal and free the sole from the prison of the body. No one comes to the world with a new teaching or Philosophy.They brings thesame Ancient Wisdom. but after the departure of the Saints, we forget their teachings.We forget the reality. Then anotherSaint makes His appearance, tells us of the eternal reality,and frees us from our doubts and delusions. Thus lives on the eternal message, the call of God . This is the natural way designed by God for people to meet Him. The Saints come to remind us of this True Path.

                       "For I have not spoken of myself, but the Father which sent me, He gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak."    -  (John 12/49 )

                       "My doctrine is not mine, but His that sent me."  -   (John 7/16 )

Every sant speaks only from experience and not from hearsay. Whatever he witness himself, that alone He speaks of.

                       "Isay unto thee, we speak that we do know, and testily that we have seen."-(John 3/11).

The message that the saints bring from the house of the lord, of that alone they speak to us.        

Radhasoami Heritage

I,  Pankaj Bahl, live in Lucknow, U.P., India.
                                                                       Radhasoami ji,
                                                                                I am having a small volume of Holy Hairs of Paramsant Parampurush Purandhani Hujur Soamiji Maharaj, the first true guide and the founder of Radhasoami Faith, since 1984. I received these Holy 'Kesh' from Lt. Smt. Shant Kumari Kapoor w/o Lt. Sri Naam Adhar Kapoor. Smt. Shant Kumari Kapoor was the daughter in law of Hujur Babuji Maharaj, the fourth true guide of Radhasoami Satsang Soamibag Agra.
                                                                                Smt. Shant Kumari Kapoor was real sister of Lt. Sri Kailash Narayan Tondon , who was the father of my mother, Lt. Smt. Veena Bahl. At the last moment of her life, Smt Shant Kumari Kapoor gave me these Holy Hairs and said," These are the Holy Hairs of    Soamiji Maharaj, which I received from my father in law Hujur Babuji Maharaj. These Holy Hairs are highly spiritualised and the person who is in 'Divotional Practise' gets the benefits of these Kesh. Always take care of these as your heritage.

                                         ABOUT THE HOLY KESH
                                                     According to Hujur Babuji Maharaj as he described in the book about these Holy Hairs ' Jeevan Charitra Babuji Maharaj' , page no. 342, para 3, 4 and 5, published by Radha Soami Trust, Soamibag Agra.
                                                        When a person ' Megha' asked to Hujur Babuji Maharaj that, what is the need of keeping hairs and nails of saints in locket and wearing it, and what is the benefit they gain ? Hujur Babuji Maharaj told him that,"  It keeps us safe from the negative power 'Kaal' . The power of 'Kaal' can not stand infront of its effect."
     Then another person named Girdharilal asked to Hujur Babuji Maharaj that , " What is there in the locket , you are wearing ?" Maharaj said," Hujur Soamiji Maharaj gave me some flowers and told me that always keep it near you."
                                                                             Babuji Maharaj said to Girdharilal ," He gave me these with the special sense of blessings, it should have some special meaning. "

Radhasoami

Radhasoami naam jo gaave soi tare,
Kaal kalesh sub naash sukh paave sub dukh hare.

Every person who pronounces 'Radhasoami' word regularly, that person releases from every grief or opposite situations and receives internal peace and happines in his life.

'Radha' aadi surat ka naam 'Soami' shabd nij dhaam,
'Surat Shabd' aur 'Radha Soami' doono naam ek kar jaani.
                                                  - Huzur Soamiji Maharaj.

Radha is the name of very first flow of Holy Spirits, whose existence created this universe. This flow is the base source of all the spirits. When a spirit turns to the direction of  sound like lord, which is the main source of the flow of Holy Spirits, the divine sound is known as 'soami'. The flow of Holy Spirits is called 'Radha'. Likewise, 'Soami' is the name of 'Divine Sound' which created the very early flow of Holy Surat. It is sounding everytime in our insight, and is called the inner sound. In this way 'Surat Shabd'  and 'Radha Soami' has the similar meaning.  

A VIEW OF RADHASOAMI

Radhasoami is the real name of the supreme creator. If the faculty of hearing is sufficiently developed, all the force - currents could be heard as sounds. The supreme creator evolved this creation by His spiritual currents. Spiritual current is the force of attraction , love and intelligence. Like other forces, in its creative actions, it acts by focus and currents that emanate current is "RADHA" and that of the spiritual focus of or reservoir is "SOAMI". 'Radhasoami' is accordingly held to be the true and real name of the supreme creator , and its sound , which resounds in the innermost quarter of all the regions, can be heard by a devotee. When the faculty of hearing inherent in his spirit is developed by the process of devotional practice prescribed by the Sant Mat 'Radhasoami'. This name was given out by the Supreme Creator Himself, When He made His advent in this world as Sant Satguru, that is true supreme guide and preceptor in human form.
